DELIVERY POLICY

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor experienced by our team, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery and Collection times can be arranged during the booking process. Please be advised any cancellations made by you for your booking date a refund will be not permitted, please contact us immediately so we can discuss in alternative options.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of trees, fences, powerlines and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver our amusements to you due to a lack of space or accessibility, inappropriate location and/or cancel for any reason.

What happens if I'm having a party in a park with a product?

You need to apply to the Council for a permit to have a party in the park, copy of this must be provided to us upon completion and return of service agreement. Other things to consider are if there is access to electricity in the park. If not, we can supply a generator to power the amusement (at an additional cost).

Does BounceX have insurance? Can I get a copy?

Yes, BounceX is fully insured with an Australian Authorised Insurer. The policy is for $20,000,000 public liability. A copy of the certificate of insurance can be provided on request.

What happens to our amusement booking if it rains?

If wet weather conditions have occurred within 24hours of the event date you must contact us immediately to discuss conditions, alternative locations and/or postpone with a new booking date within 6months from original booking date. Should you NOT advise us of these conditions before or on the day of booking and BounceX Amusements become present and deem it is not safe for you and your guests or too wet to operate the amusements including but no limited to the ground surface conditions and decision is made to not proceed with booking all paid monies will be forfeited. Mechanical Bull it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is an alternative location or covered area including hard ground surface provided for protection against the wet weather. If customer fails to provide such alternative arrangements all monies paid will be forfeited.

What does the price of a hire include?

Pricing provided is without operator or delivery costs, however does include hire cost, installation and collection of the amusement. The set up of the inflatable equipment is always completed at least 30mins prior to the booking time commencing.

Water slides requirements

The water for the water slides you will need to provide your own tap and tap connection inclusive of ensuring water supply is 25meters or less from location/set up of amusement.You must be able to supply town or tank water for this amusement. Bore water is not permitted due to the damage it causes our amusements. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all dirt, mud and other debris is completely hosed off the amusement prior to collection team arrival.

Lighting Requirements for night time bookings

For Safety reasons customers will need to provide adequate lighting for night time events to prevent injury to staff and customers guests.
